Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Int Imvigil website and training services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

Service Description

Int Imvigil provides professional IT security and digital literacy training through various delivery formats including on-site instruction, virtual sessions, and self-paced learning.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to enrolled participants.

Enrollment and Payment

Course enrollment constitutes a binding agreement to complete payment according to the terms specified during registration.

Prices listed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are subject to change without notice. Enrolled participants are charged the price confirmed at the time of enrollment.

Payment is due before course commencement unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. Late payment may result in enrollment cancellation.

Group enrollment discounts and organizational billing arrangements require prior written agreement.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Participant Cancellations

You may cancel your enrollment with the following refund schedule:

• More than 72 hours before course start: Full refund
• 48-72 hours before course start: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before course start: No refund, but credit toward future courses

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your enrollment once without penalty if requested at least 72 hours before the original course start date.

Provider Cancellations

If we cancel a scheduled course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date at no additional cost.

Course Materials and Intellectual Property

All course materials, including presentations, documents, videos, and other content, are the intellectual property of Int Imvigil and protected by copyright law.

Enrolled participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal learning purposes only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with non-enrolled individuals
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter copyright notices
• Create derivative works based on our materials

Unauthorized use or distribution of course materials may result in enrollment termination and legal action.

Participant Conduct

During courses, you agree to:

• Treat instructors and other participants with respect
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' information shared during training
• Not disrupt instruction or interfere with others' learning
• Use course knowledge responsibly and ethically

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these conduct standards without refund.

Use of Security Knowledge

Training provided by Int Imvigil is intended for defensive security purposes, organizational protection, and professional education.

You agree not to use knowledge or techniques learned in our courses for:

• Unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data
• Malicious activities including hacking, fraud, or sabotage
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

We are not responsible for how participants choose to apply learned techniques and explicitly prohibit illegal or unethical use.

Disclaimers and Limitations

No Security Guarantee

While our training aims to improve security awareness and defensive capabilities, we make no guarantee that completing our courses will prevent all security incidents or breaches.

Security is an ongoing process requiring continuous vigilance, updated practices, and adaptation to evolving threats.

Professional Certification

Our courses provide completion certificates but are not professional certifications recognized by certification bodies unless explicitly stated. Completion does not constitute professional accreditation.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide current, accurate information about security threats and defensive techniques. However, the cybersecurity landscape changes rapidly. Information may become outdated between course updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Int Imvigil shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Security incidents occurring despite completion of our training
• Actions taken based on course content
• Technical issues preventing course access or completion

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfering with website operation or security features
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scraping, harvesting, or automated data collection without permission
• Impersonating others or providing false information

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any enrollment-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Int Imvigil regarding our services.
